Refund policy

Digital products

All products sold by SUNSINSTUDIOS are digital machine-embroidery files. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download has been accessed. If you purchased the same design twice, received the wrong file, received a corrupted file, or experience a problem that we cannot resolve, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We are happy to troubleshoot, replace or correct a file, and review refund requests individually when appropriate or required by law.

Custom digitizing and design-edit services may be canceled for a refund only before work begins. Once digitizing or editing has started, payments are generally non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the agreed work, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Please review the design size, included file formats, and product description before purchasing. You must have an embroidery machine and compatible software or equipment to use these files.
