These terms apply to purchases from SUNSINSTUDIOS.

Products and delivery
SUNSINSTUDIOS sells digital machine-embroidery files and custom digitizing or design-edit services. No physical item is included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Ready-made files are delivered electronically after payment. Custom work is delivered electronically within the agreed timeframe.

License and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded embroidery files to create physical embroidered items. You may not resell, share, copy, distribute, trade, upload, or otherwise make the digital files available to another person or business. You may not claim the digitized files as your own.

Customer responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that your embroidery machine, hoop size, software, and equipment are compatible with the file formats and sizes listed on the product page. Please review all product details before purchasing and test stitch designs when appropriate.

Custom services
Requirements, pricing, estimated turnaround, and included revisions for custom digitizing or design edits will be agreed before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee or delivery time.

Problems and support
If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or have trouble accessing or using your purchase, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and details. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and provide a correction or replacement when appropriate.

Refunds
Refund and cancellation eligibility is described in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
