Digital delivery

SUNSINSTUDIOS sells digital machine-embroidery files. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping charge or tracking number applies.

Ready-made designs are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Your download link will be available through Shopify and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please confirm that your email address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the delivery message.

Custom digitizing and design-edit services are delivered electronically within the timeframe agreed with you before work begins. Turnaround can vary based on complexity and revision needs.

If you cannot access your download or believe a file is missing, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We’re happy to help.
