Commercial Use License: 10 Embroidery Designs for Physical Products

THIS LICENSE IS FOR BUSINESSES OPERATING AT 51 UNITS OR MORE.

This listing grants a commercial use license for TEN (10) SUNSINSTUDIOS embroidery designs. You must purchase the embroidery designs separately—this listing does not include any design files.

If you wish to use more than ten (10) designs for commercial purposes, you must purchase a separate license for additional designs or purchase the Whole Shop license.

☼ License Type & Usage ☼

Unlimited Commercial Use License
• Grants unlimited use of ten (10) SUNSINSTUDIOS embroidery designs (purchased separately) to create and sell physical embroidered products.
• Ideal for small businesses producing over 51 units of ten (10) designs.
• License is valid for 1 year and MUST BE RENEWED THEREAFTER.
• If you need to use additional designs under this license, you must purchase a separate license for each additional designs or purchase the Whole Shop license.

☼ Allowed Uses ☼

✔ Creating and selling physical embroidered products (e.g., children's clothing, nursery goods, shirts, crewnecks & hoodies, bags, hats, pillows, textile goods, home decor, etc.).
✔ Using the licensed design for in-house embroidery production (no outsourcing).
✔ Design credit to SUNSINSTUDIOS is not required, but always appreciated =]
✔ Selling unlimited units per design with the Unlimited License.

☼ Restrictions ☼

✖ No reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital embroidery files in any form (original or modified).
✖ No altering and claiming designs or elements of the designs as your own.
✖ No digital sales. You cannot sell the design as a digital download in any form such as a PNG, SVG, JPEG, PDF, or embroidery file.
✖ No use for print-on-demand (POD) services. Designs must be embroidered by you.

1. Purchase this license along with the embroidery design you wish to use.
2. Download your PDF License as proof of your commercial license.
3. Start creating and selling physical embroidered products using the licensed design!
